The IronPort Partner Portal requires Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.x and the latest Java 2 Platform.
You can download the latest versions of both using the links provided.
In addition, your IE Browser Internet Options may need to be adjusted to the following settings:
- General | Temporary Internet Files | Settings | Check for newer versions of stored pages: "Every visit to the page"
- Privacy | Advanced | "Override automatic cookie handling" and "Always allow session cookies"
- Advanced | Java (Sun) | Check "Use JRE 1.5.0_04"
