Seasoned Technology Leader Joins IronPort Systems as Chief Financial Officer
IronPort's Commitment to Email Security and its Proven Success in a Competitive Market, Drew the Experienced Craig Collins to Executive Team
SAN BRUNO, Calif. — August 24, 2005 - IronPort Systems Inc., the market share leader1 in email security, today announced that Craig Collins has joined the executive team as Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of experience in corporate development, finance and information technology, Collins brings corporate growth experience to IronPort that will be a tremendous asset as the company enters the next phase of development and success. Before joining IronPort Systems in August, Collins was the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and CFO at Brio Software.

Prior to joining IronPort, Collins served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and CFO at Brio Software until Brio was merged with Hyperion solutions. Before Brio, Collins was Executive Vice President and CFO of CoSine Communications. From 1997 to 2000, Collins served as Vice President and CFO of Optical Coating Laboratory, Inc., which was acquired by JDS Uniphase in February of 2000. At JDS Uniphase, he was Vice President of Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning. Collins also spent 18 years at Nestle Beverage Co., where he served as Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Information Officer and several other positions. Collins holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and a master's degree in Quantitative Methods, Public and Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
